THE SELF-LEVELING
The self-leveling ensures proper operation of the spray boom, keeping constant spacing over protected plants.

PUMPS
Pumps Top quality Annovi Reverberi pumps with new innovative BlueFlex diaphragms that set a new position in the quality of diaphragms in the pump sector for field sprayers. BlueFlex diaphragms have a unique, patented blend form and composition from which they are made. Thanks to these advantigies, their lifetime increases to 100%. In addition, a digital code on the liquid side is placed on each diaphragms. This is an unusual solution in the industry till now. It allows us to track and distinguish products from many other diaphragms with a year and a month of production.
BOOMS
In PERKOZ sprayers, you can install a self-leveling boom with self-leveling and hydraulically unfolding booms, controlled by an electrical console or an on-board computer.
“2H” These are fully hydraulic booms unfolded by two cylinders with hydraulic self-leveling, hydr. lifting and adjusting for slopes. Only the leveling lock works mechanically when closing the arms. Working widths from 12 to 18m.
“HX” Self-leveling, lightweight hydraulic booms in the X system, independently unfolded by two cylinders with posiblity of folding a quarter of boom. Hydraulic slope adjusing ,hydr lifted and lockout. Working width from 12 to 18 m.
“ITV” booms are fully hydraulic folding with air-assisted system.This system provides much better coverage of sprayed plants and allows for more economical use of the plant protection preparations and partial independence from atmospheric conditions(wind). Working width from 12 to 18m.
CONTROLLING COMPUTERS
For correct functioning of the sprayer, we recommend three control groups. The most rational solution is computer control, especially the computer Radion 8140 or 844E of TeeJet company. Both of them are advanced solutions for ease of use. In addition to the basic functions of these controls, the Radion has the option of connecting the valve for automatic refueling. It also has a Matrix navigation port with possibility of automatic shutdown of a section and even a variable dosing function. On request we can equip the sprayer with a BRAVO 180S computer from ARAG or Spraydos from MÜller Elektronik.
NAVIGATION
Matrix 570 navigation is an advanced system and easy to use navigation for demanding farmers. It gives you more than the basic capabilities, such as: connection of automatic shutdown of section system BoomPilot, automatic power steering system FieldPilot, module of compensation of tilt or possibility of connection 4 or 8 cameras.
ELECTRIC CONTROL
The COMBO electric control with electronic pressure readout allows you to conveniently control all functions of the sprayer from the tractor cab. The COMBO controller has a rigid aluminum housing, durable switches and a very solid metal connector with gold plated pins. All this makes it virtually trouble-free. The electric control allows you to control all sprayer functions from the sprayer’s cab.
ELECTRICAL RINSING SET
Electric rinsing set The extensive clean water tank and the rotating nozzle for tank cleaning is manually or electrically started from the tractor cab (electric cleaning system) ensure that the tank and liquid system are impeccable clean what causes failure-free operation of the sprayer and prevents unwanted residue of spraying agent.
COMFORTABLE PRE-MIXER
Comfortable Pre-mixer located on the trapezoidal arm allows for efficient and safe mixing of the preparations and applying them to the main sprayer’s tank.
