PELIKAN MAX – is the series of the largest field sprayers produced by our company, with a tank from 3000 to 6000 liters, with available booms of working width from 18 to 36 meters, intended for large area farms. They are the result of gathering experience for many years and working out the needs with users.
The multitude of solutions makes it possible to optimally configure the sprayer to meet needs and specifics of each farm. Large capacity of a tank as well as wide booms, on-board computer, GPS system with automatic closing of section, sonar sensors of boom leveling, copying and cushioned axis or rapid refueling pump. These are solutions which allow reducing maximally the time which is needed for treatment and increasing cost savings in applying agents. For farms that want to maximize the precision of dosing of agent, we recommend a variable dosing system and an air-assisted system.
PELIKAN MAX sprayers have a solid, powder-coated frame made of closed profiles which gives them a high strength.

PUMPS
Pumps In PELIKAN MAX sprayers we have used Annovi Reverberi Twin Top pumps. There are two pumps connected together, one of which serves the spray system where there is usually low pressure, the other one is used for the hydraulic agitation system and pre-mixer where much higher pressure is needed.
Pumps Top quality Annovi Reverberi pumps with new innovative BlueFlex diaphragms that set a new position in the quality of diaphragms in the pump sector for field sprayers. BlueFlex diaphragms have a unique, patented blend form and composition from which they are made. Thanks to these advantigies, their lifetime increases to 100%. In addition, a digital code on the liquid side is placed on each diaphragms. This is an unusual solution in the industry till now. It allows us to track and distinguish products from many other diaphragms with a year and a month of production.

PUMP DRIVE
A mechanical pump drive is also possible in Pelikan Max sprayers. They are then driven by two angular gear units. As standard, these sprayers are fitted with an upper hook, but at the Customer’s request there may also be a bottom hook with an eye or a ball.
HYDRAULIC AGITATION SYSTEM
Hydraulic agitation system is placed directly at the bottom of the tank, operating under high pressure prevents sedimentation of any leftovers, as well as ensures perfect mixing.
SPRAYING BOOMS
Spraying booms used in PELIKAN MAX sprayers are made of high quality steel. Their openwork construction makes them light and durable. Control of all spraying boom functions is done by means of electrovalves and a convenient panel from the tractor cab.
“4H” Booms with self-leveling with a lockout, hydraulic fitting to slopes, lifted and unfolding hydraulically independently with 4 cilinders. In booms of a width from 18 to 21 meters the middle quarters are unfolded horizontally and the outer quarters are unfolded vertically. In booms of widths from 24 to 28 all quarters are unfolded horizontally. In this series of booms we can use additional cylinders to have an opportunity of negative tilt of the boom .
“IT” Fully hydraulic booms with working width of 18 to 28 meters, independently unfolding by four cylinders, and booms 32 and 36 meters by six cylinders.
“ITV” Booms of widths from 18 to 24 meters fully hydraulic with air-assisted system. This system provides a much better coverage of sprayed plants and allows more economical use of the preparations and a partial independence from weather conditions (wind).
CONTROL COMPUTERS
PELIKAN MAX sprayers can be equipped with different types of control panels, thanks to which we will be sure of correctness of performed treatments.
Control computers The most advanced system is TeeJet AEROS 9040 ISOBUS terminal, which not only allows precise controlling of all sprayer’s functions, but also can be used for other machines such as broadcast spreaders, seeders and spreaders.
The main advantages of AEROS 9040 are: variable dosing based on field map, precise navigation combined with automatic control of “BoomPilot” sections, large HD display with possibility of connection to eight video cameras, monitoring of drop size or monitoring system of liquid amount in the tank which can also be used when filling the tank to accurately refill the desired amount of liquid.
CONTROL COMPUTERS
Radion 8140 is an advanced computer designed for ease of use. Just set the target dose and the computer will suggest you select the appropriate atomizers for your application and the speed range for the target dose. When the spray is started, the display shows the applied dose and the used amount of liquid, system pressure, operating speed, sprayed area, drop size and amount of liquid in the tank.
In addition to these basic functions, Radion has an opportunity of connecting the valve to automatic refilling. It also has a port for connecting Matrix navigation with possibility of automatic closing of section and a variable dosing control (function used in precision agriculture) which in computers of this class is unusual.
CONTROL COMPUTERS
On Customer’s request, we can install BRAWO 400S controlling computer with built-in GPS system with which you can conveniently control all sprayer’s functions. Brawo 400 is also available with SeleTRON system, which gives you the possibility of automatically closing individual atomizers.

NAVIGATION MATRIX 840 GS
Navigation Matrix 840 GS navigation with 8.4 inch screen in HD quality is an system advanced and easy-to-use navigation for demanding users. Besides the basic functions which a navigation should have, it gives you possibility of e.g. connecting an automatically closing of section BoomPilot system, automatic driving support FieldPilot system, module of compensation of area tilt or possibility of connecting of 4 or 8 cameras.
NAVIGATION MATRIX 570 GS
Matrix 570 GS navigation has a 5.7 inch color screen and the other functions are the same as for Matrix 840 GS.
NAVIGATION MATRIX 430
The Matrix 430 is an inexpensive and easy-to-use navigation for less demanding users. Color touch display with simple software, just after a while, allows the operator for effective navigation on field with minimal skips in the coverage area.
PRE – MIXER
Comfortable Pre-mixer located on the trapezoidal arm allows for efficient and safe mixing of the preparations and applying them to the main sprayer’s tank.
ELECTRIC RINSING SET
Electric rinsing set The extensive clean water tank and the rotating nozzle for tank cleaning is manually or electrically started from the tractor cab (electric cleaning system) ensure that the tank and liquid system are impeccable clean what causes failure-free operation of the sprayer and prevents unwanted residue of spraying agent.
OWN HYDRAUULIC SYSTEM
Own hydraulic system Pelikan Max sprayers are equipped with their own hydraulic system with filters and oil cooler for pump drives and spraying booms control. This solution allows for faster aggregation of the tractor with the machine and provides failure-free operation of pumps and elektromagnetic valves and no mixing of oils positively affect not only the operation of the sprayer but also the tractor.
WORK LIGHTING
Work lighting The element which improves the comfort of working at night time is the lighting of the spraying boom in our sprayers. Two solutions are available. Two or four led halogens or led lights mounted on each nozzle.
COPYING AXLE SYSTEM
Copying axle system allows for increasing maneuverability of the sprayer-tractor aggregate and, in particular, allows decreasing loss on headlands arisen as a result of plant kneading. The copying axle system is based only on a hydraulic system without electronics which makes it very reliable.
SHOCK ABSORBERS
Shock absorbers for farms that are forced to travel far to scattered fields, a good solution is the axel with shock absorbers, which allows for increasing transport speed and reducing jerks. All axles in Pelikan Max sprayerm are equipped with a pneumatic or hydraulic braking system. The pneumatic shock absorbers of spraying booms contributes to increasing comfort of operating, extending the service life of the booms, and allows you to work at higher speeds.

PUMP WITH SUCTION HOSE
On farms that want to refill the sprayer’s tank at any place, a good solution is a centrifuge pump with high efficiency with a suction hose. It allows for quick refueling from the tanker or pond.
LIGHTING

SONAR LEVELING
Sonar leveling of spraying boom is a recommended solution for farms with highly corrugated fields that allows maintaining the beam at optimum distances from sprayed plants.
NOZZLES
Nozzles have a great influence on the quality of the performed treatments, so we recommend only the solutions of two leading manufacturers Lechler and TeeJet.
